Ann M. Nicklas

Ann Nicklas’ primary areas of practice include labor and employment litigation, on behalf of private and public sector employers, and education law. Ms. Nicklas has experience litigating cases before the National Labor Relations Board and the Michigan Employment Relations Commission, representing employers in labor arbitrations and discrimination matters before administrative agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Michigan Department of Civil Rights, and handling affirmative action and OFCCP compliance.
