Daniel J. Bernard

Daniel Bernard focuses on commercial litigation, labor and employment litigation on behalf of public and private sector employers, ERISA litigation, and higher education law. From 1992-1997, Mr. Bernard served as Vice President and General Counsel for Wayne State University, where he was responsible for managing all of the University's legal affairs. During his tenure at WSU, no money judgment against the University survived appeal.
