Gary S. Fealk

Shareholder

Gary Fealk practices in the areas of labor and employment litigation on behalf of private and public sector employers including cases involving non-competition agreements, discrimination claims, the Fair Labor Standards Act, National Labor Relations Act, and ERISA, including multi-employer benefit fund collection actions.  Mr. Fealk also has experience representing employers in collective bargaining, labor arbitrations and administrative proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Michigan Department of Civil Rights and the Michigan Employment Relations Commission.  Mr. Fealk also has extensive experience in designing Affirmative Action Plans.
