Gary Fealk practices in the areas of labor and employment litigation on behalf of private and public sector employers. Mr. Fealk also has experience representing employers in collective bargaining, labor arbitrations and administrative proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Michigan Department of Civil Rights and the Michigan Employment Relations Commission.
