Kathleen Poppenger has experience processing business and family-related immigration matters since 1986, including H-1B temporary worker visas, business visitors, L-1 intracompany transferee visas, E1/E2 treaty trader/investor visas, free trade visas, labor certification and employment-based permanent residence processing, family visas, and fiancée visas.

She specializes in immigration and nationality law for large and small employers, individuals, and families. She is fluent in Spanish and can also communicate in French and Italian.
