For more than 28 years, Ms. Metz practiced in the areas of employment discrimination, civil rights, labor and complex/class action litigation in federal and state courts, employee relations counseling, and arbitration. Her expertise includes the Americans with Disabilities Act and related disability issues, sexual harassment, discrimination, OFCCP and EEO/AAP compliance and negotiations, and civil rights issues of all types.
